There are so many items that are so close between the Milwaukee Tool and DEWALT Dual Action Orbital Polishers that it makes us wonder how they are so equal. Obviously, the DEWALT was released in 2019 and Milwaukee Tool just released theirs in 2022. The differences we see in the size of the motor are most likely technological changes. Oddly enough, they both even share the same exact style of vibration dampening for the battery. The main difference between the two is the forward grip. DEWALT has a meatier forward with the option for a side handle whereas the Milwaukee Tool has a smaller and more traditional forward handle. Personally, I enjoy the Milwaukee Tool forward grip more because it is what I am used to. Your experience may be different. You won't go wrong with either of these polishers. Both work well, have the same power, and have excellent battery life.
