FOREST HIKE BULGARIA | Visit Bulgaria | Beli Iskar eco trail I had organised a hiking holiday Bulgaria with my Officially Smashed It hiking club. It was our first time in Bulgaria, and we were so excited to explore the beautiful Rila National Park! We had 4 days of hiking, for our first day, we were going to visit the Beli Iskar eco trail. We had organised the trip with a wonderful company called Bootcamp Bulgaria, who had provided the accommodation, all transfers, most of our meals and were also our hiking guides. If you are looking for a gentle warm up hike through the Bulgarian Forest.. the 8 bridges eco trail is perfect. There is a free car park at the start of this looped trail, and so many beautiful places to stop and have a picnic or take photos along the way. At around 8km in total, this hike is suitable for all abilities.
