[100 YEARS SEA -Animation Diorama-] is an installation movie that is an edited version of the longer [100 YEARS SEA] movie, reducing the time frame from 100 years to approximately 10mins in order to give viewers a faster and more intense experience of the original [100 YEARS SEA]. The movie recreates the recognition of space as depicted in Japanese classic painting. It uses a 20meter screen which gives viewers the feeling that there is no border between the movie world and the real world, and the rising sea that eventually swallows the viewers. We hope that this installation will cause viewers to feel the intensity of the problem of the rise in sea level. teamLab, 2009, Digital Installation, 10min 00sec (19200mm × 2400mm), Sound: Hideaki Takahashi 『百年海図巻 アニメーションのジオラマ』は、次世紀まで上映し続ける『百年海図巻』を、体感可能な時間にまで縮め、より直感的に体験できるよう演出したインスタレーションです。日本の古典絵画に見られる 先人達の空間認識を探りながら再構築された幅約20mの映像が、映像の中の世界と自分がいる世界が曖昧で表裏一体の空間を創り出し、上昇する海面が鑑賞者を飲み込んでいきます。 海面が上昇していくという問題を身近な問題として体感してもらえれば、と僕らは考えています。 チームラボ, 2009, デジタルインスタレーション, 10min 00sec (19200mm × 2400mm), 音楽: 高橋英明
