"This video marks my return after two months of silence on YouTube. I had to make an unexpected trip to India due to the sudden passing of my beloved mother-in-law. It was a time of deep shock and mourning for our family. I request you all to watch this video with compassion and understanding. Life brings moments of sorrow and healing, and I’m slowly getting back to doing what I love. Thank you to everyone who stood by me with your patience and prayers. To those who may not understand – please remember, behind every video is a real human being with real emotions." This video is not just about a place. It's about roots, memories, and untold stories. A tribute to a town that once echoed with Malayalam voices, now quietly holding onto its past. Unexpected Visit to India - Reason | An unexplored place in Telangana by other Malayali vloggers Kagaz Nagar – a name many may not know, but for us, it holds deep emotional value. It’s a small town in northern Telangana, once home to a thriving Malayali community of over 400 families, who came here during the peak days of the Sir Silk textile mill by the Birla Group. My husband was born and brought up here. He studied till 10th at Fatima Matha Convent School, a place filled with memories, laughter, and friendships. Now, we live in Australia, and opportunities to come back are rare. That’s why this visit became very special — we wanted to capture and preserve those fading memories. After the textile mill shut down, many Malayali families moved back to Kerala, and only a few still remain here. During our visit, we met some of these families — the warmth, love, and nostalgia in their eyes were overwhelming. They were truly happy and surprised, as this is the first time a Malayali vlogger is creating a video on their lives and this forgotten town. Thanks to all Kagaz Nagar people in this Video. Thanks to Fathima Convent School Teachers. Dedicating this video to all Kagaz Nagar People.
