No any GS or product of concept seen within the endometrium Myometrium: Is homogeneous. Hypoechoic mass in the posterior myometrium measuring 5.9x5.7cm. Both Ovary: Normal in size, and echogenicity. Case 2 Uterus: Enlarge in size and anteverted in position. Endometrium: Is normal in thickness. No any GS or product of concept seen within the endometrium Myometrium: Is in homogeneous with marked heterogeneous. Two hypoechoic mass in the posterior myometrium measuring 7.2 x 6.3cm and 5.3 x 4.7cm. Both Ovary: Normal in size, and echogenicity.
