From the moment you step into the historic Ciutat Vella (Old Town) on Day 1, you’ll walk past Roman ruins, medieval towers like the Quart and Serrano Gates, gothic gems like La Lonja de la Seda, and churches filled with frescoes, like San Nicolás — often called the Valencian Sistine Chapel.
