Most people kind of want things in life, and then they kind of get them. You HAVE TO FIND OUT WHAT YOU WANT, most of all. Then commit every ounce of your being to achieving it. What are you on this planet to do, what is your purpose? Is it building a major corporation that employs hundreds of thousands of people? Is it to solve world hunger? Do you want to invent something revolutionary? Maybe your feeling a strong pull towards a particular sport or artform? Or you may want to help people live their dream, that’s me by the way :) See success is defined by YOU! And I don’t say that in the cliche sense of just dream it up in your head and it’ll be real. I mean absolutely nobody else can tell you exactly what success in life will be for you. –– The biggest problem is that people major in minor things, they learn a little bit of this and that, go to school, waste some time working a job they hate (some even waste their whole life), and while they’re on the train to the land of misery they also tend to settle for a partner they don’t truly love. What I’m asking you to do is to be brave and go after what you actually want with your whole heart. And it won’t just benefit you, because when you go for what you really want you’ll overcome all obstacles, you’ll push through when things get really tough, you’ll reach your goal and in that way impact millions of other people and inspire others to follow their dream. Make the sacrifice today, pay the price today with hard work, brave decisions. You gotta remember, discipline weighs ounces and regret weighs tons. –– The crazy truth is that most people are waiting for the day they will get put on. Waiting for some talent agent to discover them, or an investor to explode their business… You can't put your dream in the hands of someone that may never arrive. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY. Don’t expect other people to believe in you, don’t expect your friends to get behind you or your family to support you. If they do, great! But if they don’t, you can’t go around blaming them for your failures. See the moment that you accept that whatever you have in your life is because of YOU, you can begin to change it. So long as you shove the blame off, you’ll never change a thing, because it’s their fault. It’s simple, and it’s your choice. You can have excuses or you can have results. A guy starts a business that flops, learns from his mistakes, improves his skills and builds an empire. The same guy could take that same initial flop, and use it as a convenient excuse to never try again by saying “well it just doesn’t work I already tried it” –– Success is your destiny, if you commit to it and don’t settle for anything less.
