His advice for job seekers looking to apply for a job in the games industry is: "I think the best way to get into the industry is to build something. These days the tools are all there. If you are a programmer you can make a game, if you are an artist you can make a game and show off your abilities. If you are a musician make some game music. It is a business about creating things and it is important to take classes and learn about what is important in your field. But most important is to go out and make stuff and then show off what you made."
