In this episode, tenancy enforcement officers Pam Hollingsworth and Martin Bell are called to the home of an 89-year-old grandmother on a sheltered housing scheme. Groups of men have been spotted coming and going from her shed in the early hours, leaving neighbours feeling afraid. A devastating illness forces one woman to turn to social housing for the first time in her life, while housing officer Lee Barrett has to make a difficult decision over two dogs that he suspects are a banned dangerous breed.
