HAM AND CHEESE POTATO SANDWICH You'll fall in love with this Potato Sandwich! It is ideal for breakfast or snack recipe made with boiled and mashed potatoes, and few spices, stuffed with ham and cheese. This sandwich is delicious. All time favorite dish for toddlers and kids! HOW TO MAKE POTATO SANDWICH? INGREDIENTS: 4 pcs or 1/2 kilo Potato Sliced Ham Sliced Cheese 2-3 pcs Egg 1 cup Flour 1 tsp Ground Pepper 1 tsp Salt Breadcrumbs for coating Flour and egg for coating Oil for Cooking PROCEDURE: 1. Peel and boil potatoes. Simmer for about 20-30 minutes or until soften. 2. Remove all potatoes from the water and mash. 3. After mashing, add 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 pc egg. Combine well. 4. Add 1 cup flour and then mix until well combined. 5. Scoop 2 tablespoon of potato mixture, flatten and form it into rectangular or square shape (Note: you can put flour in the surface/plate so that you can easily form the potato mixture into rectangular or square shape). 6. Stuff with ham and cheese and then cover it with another potato mixture, seal edges using finger to make Potato Sandwich. 7. COATING: First, coat potato sandwich in flour. Second, coat in beaten eggs. Third, coat in breadcrumbs. 8. In preheated pan and oil, fry each side of potato sandwich until turns golden brown. 9. Remove from pan and drain excess oil. Serve and Enjoy!
