In this episode of NOFO LIVE, we sit down with Seth Hughes, Hospitality Manager at Stone Street Coffee Company, to talk about the opening of Stone Street Café on the North Fork. This Southold location is the second café from Stone Street Coffee Company, the specialty coffee roaster founded in 2014. After opening their flagship café on Broome Street in New York City, the team has now brought their coffee and hospitality to the East End. 📍 Location: Stone Street Café Einstein Square, Southold, NY 🕒 Hours: Open 7 days a week, year-round 8 AM – 5 PM The café offers a menu of elevated coffee shop favorites including bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches, avocado toast, breakfast and brunch options, along with fresh pastries and grab-and-go items perfect for busy mornings or a relaxed afternoon stop. On the beverage side, guests can enjoy espresso drinks, specialty coffee, tea selections, and fresh juices. In our conversation, Seth shares the vision behind bringing Stone Street Café to Southold and how the team hopes to create a welcoming place where great coffee and community come together on the North Fork.
