In this video, I’m showing you how I turn the pulp from 1 pound of beets and a whole pineapple into a healthy smoothie bowl base. Instead of wasting the fiber from juicing, I blend it up and prep it so it can become a quick, nutrient-packed snack. Beets are known to support blood flow, endurance, and heart health, making them great for anyone who works out or wants natural energy. Pineapple contains bromelain, an enzyme that supports digestion and helps reduce inflammation.
