The Newly named Charger Division (formerly the Challengers) rolled into #CarawaySpeedway with a stacked field of very competitive cars for the Twin 20’s on 3/29/25! Race 1 Summary: Race 1 saw track veteran #83 Tommy Raino and Rookie #1 Matthew Smith lead the field to green. The #83 of Raino would prove to be quick till lap 13 when #90 Steven Thompson would fish tail and spin on the back stretch bringing out caution 1. Raino would once again grab the lead on the restart. Lap 18 would see our second caution as #5 Isaac Johnson would clip the curb in turns 1 & 2. The #83 Tommy Raino would hold on to collect his first win of 2025! Race 1 Results: 1. 83 Tommy Raino 2. 1 Matthew Smith 3. 1 Justin Hathcock 4. 05 Cody Griffin 5. 6 Thomas Harris 6. 4 Richard Shofner 7. 5 Isaac Johnson 8. 64 Jason Gallimore 9. 90 Steven Thompson 10. 41 Brian Melville Race 2 Summary: Race 2 saw #5 Isaac Johnson and #4 Richard Shofner lead the field to green. #4 of Shofner would take the early lead and hold it till Lap 12 where he was spun around by #6 Thomas Harris. On the restart Race 1 winner #83 Tommy Raino and #05 Cody Griffin would get together in turns 1 & 2 bringing out the caution. #1 Matthew Smith would collect his first win of 2025 at Caraway in honor of his grandfather Lowe Smith!
