Recipes in todays video: Home-made Marshmallow: 150ml water 30g Powdered gelatine additional 150ml water 500g sugar 2 Tablespoons vanilla, or 1-2 teaspoons of preferred flavour 1 cup toasted coconut ( or other coating for your mallows, eg cornstarch, icing sugar) Cherry Ripe Slice: 200-250g pkt (one batch) Chocolate Ripple Biscuits 2 Tablespoons melted butter 1/2 tin condensed milk 4-6 cherry ripe bars (optional) 1 pkt desiccated coconut (375g) pink food colouring (optional) 1 teaspoon vanilla condensed milk 1/2-1 tin 2 1/2 blocks melted chocolate Macadamia Scottish Shortbread: 250g butter 1/2 cup superfine (castor) sugar 2 cups plain flour 1/2 cup rice flour 1 cup macadamia nuts Rocky Road: 2 1/2 Blocks milk/dark chocolate 1 cup toasted coconut 1 cup rice bubbles (or nuts, or a mixture of both) 1 pkt marshmallows 1 cup crushed biscuits of choice (eg Oreo) 1/2 -1 pkt mixed lollies of choice. 1 block white chocolate.
