running at 800% speed I needed a clamp to hold the pneumatic cylinder for my new ATC and didn't feel like doing a lot of operations. So its 4th Axis time again. I simply love the simple setup and the nearly one and done style. I was baying the Feeds and Speeds a bit as the Part is rather long and my 4th Axis is no rigidity monster (have a close look at the movement during drilling...). Unfortunately, I missed a full Slot while simulation the Adaptive. This was a bit too much for the tool and I needed to pause everything to clean it. Overall, the 6mm Tool stick out was a bit on the long side as well and the cutoff sounded awful but luckily everything worked out fine.
