We journeyed from Patong to spend 24 hours in the Phi Phi Islands, which we can tell you right away, was a HUGE mistake. We adore these islands for it’s slow-paced environment, and crystal clear water in almost every direction we turned. We wish we stayed longer because this is a literal piece of paradise. We opted for a 3-hour sunrise private longtail boat tour which took us cruising through the breathtaking Pileh Lagoon, to the famous Maya Beach, followed by some snorkelling at a swimming spot close to Maya Beach. The beauty of booking a private tour is that you can decide where you want to go and how long to stay at certain spots. Hands down, one of the best days of our lives!
