Then add the orange juice and vanilla and continue mixing. Finally, add the orange zest, baking powder and flour and mix until the mixture starts to become dough. Then we take the dough out of the bowl and knead until the dough does not stick to our hands. Once our dough is ready, we shape the cookies into whatever shape we want and place them in our kitchen pan, on greaseproof paper. Bake them at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15-20 minutes because we want them to be fluffy. Our orange cookies are ready!
