This video demonstrates docking process in real time for robotic assisted Total Gastrectomy with D2 LN dissection for gastric cancer. Da Vinci Xi robotic platform is used for the surgery. Patient is given reverse Trendelenberg position. Patient cart is coming from the left of the patient. We have used 4 robotic port and 2 assistant port for the procedure. Usual docking time for any procedure in well experienced units are sub 5 minutes. Appreciate the position of the patient cart, angle of the boom after rotation and placement of robotic arms prior to docking.
