Both volumes of Brett Weiss's "The NES Omnibus" are now available. If you pick it up at all, you'll definitely want both! These two books cover all the NES games - with a minimum of one whole page for every North American game, licensed as well as unlicensed. With so much detail, is it a good read? What's so wrong with the number 3? And what is up with that one room in Blaster Master, anyway? I am not affiliated with Schiffer Publishing or Brett Weiss. This book was bought with my own money.
