Learn how to make a beautiful gift box with mixed flowers like lilies, roses and gerbera daisies. DIY tutorial on how to decorate mixed flowers in a gift box. This video from the floral design course will teach you how to professionally decorate mixed floral arrangement and present a stylish flowers as a gift. First you need to choose a decorative ready-made box or made from some kind of cardboard box. Then you need to cut out a piece of dense 30 micron cellophane, which can be used to line the entire bottom of the box. Then the box needs to be filled with a soaked floral sponge about halfway. Trim off excess cellophane sticking out around the edges. Peel and groom about a dozen red roses from leaves and bad petals and cut the stems diagonally, leaving. Start to arrange taller flowers at the back of the box and create a fun shape, by inserting shorter flowers at the front. By doing this you can create one sided arrangement in the box. Inserting flowers in the sponge, make sure that the stems of the flowers rest against the bottom of the box, in order to obtain sufficient moisture. Fill all the empty spaces between the flowers with fillers such as gypsophila or limonium, you can add greens as desired. When the composition is ready, add water, close the box carefully and decorate with ribbon and a bow.
