And if you look into living in Manila, you're probably wondering what the best part is and where to go. Well, yesterday, I began to go through the 17 different areas, but the video ended up being far too long, so instead, we're going to try this again but instead focus on the most requested and popular areas. Living in Makati city as a foreigner Makati Is perhaps one of the most developed and beautiful areas of Manila. You will find that the streets are clean and there several things to do all across the city. You will also find many businesses that have been set up in this area. Unfortunately, due to the rapid developments and popularity, Makati is one of the most expensive parts of Manila. Living in Quezon City city as a foreigner Quezon City Can be a very busy part of Manila; statistically speaking, over 22% of residents of Manila live in this area. The advantage of living in this area is that there are some low-cost lifestyles in this city. However, unfortunately, Quezon City has a reputation for crime, and it was once the most dangerous city in the Philippines. Living in Las Piñas city as a foreigner The las Piñas area is a fast-growing part of Manila and is slightly quieter than other regions; however, it does have some fantastic sights and scenery. The area is known for many reasons;, there has been a development of jeepney factories in the area in recent years. Addionally, the city does have some excellent accessibility routes making it a great place to be based if you are looking to travel to other parts of Manila. Living in Caloocan city as a foreigner Caloocan is located in the northern region of Manila. from the latest statistics, it is now the 4th largest city in the Philippines, with over 1.6 million people living within its borders. However, even though it's located in the northern part of Manila, there is a South Caloocan located on the border of metropolitan Manila and Quezon City. Living in Pasay city as a foreigner Pasay is a famous spot for many travelers. The area is known for its karaoke bars, shopping malls, and art galleries. Pasay also has some great entertainment and nightlife, which is one reason why it's become a hotspot with travelers over the years. Pasay it's not the best spot if you are backpacking and looking to save money, but it's certainly not as expensive as other areas of Manila. Living in Pasig city as a foreigner Pasig is also another popular area of Manila, and upon research, I found the levels of crime to be slightly higher in this area than in other cities of Manila. Despite this, Pasig is a great area, especially for young professionals and entrepreneurs, as there are plenty of business opportunities within the city . So the question is, what is the best area of Manila to live in? If money isn't a problem and you are interested in business, then two of the best areas are metropolitan Manila and Makati City. If you are looking to live in Manila but are looking for a slightly cheaper lifestyle, Pasig had some great places for less. If, however, you are looking for a relaxed lifestyle, it's often recommended to live outside of Manila. Manila is as beautiful and as crazy as you expect, but only a certain kind of person can live that lifestyle long term, and therefore, if you are looking for a relaxed way of life, living outside of Manila is the way to go. 🦉 Website: https://owlofasia.com 🦉 Contact: Jamie@owlofasia.com 🦉 Social: Nope, Only Youtube. 🦉 DISCLAIMER Content produced by Owl of Asia serves as supporting information only.
