Greatest Jazz Saxophone Blues Motifs #13 ala Scott Hamilton

This blues motif was taken from solo by the great swing and bop jazz tenor saxophonist, Scott Hamilton, on a tune called Blue Wales. The lick is at1:30 in this C Flat Blues (transposed key for tenor sax). The tune can be found on the 1995 album entitled, Live at Brecon Jazz Festival. The lick includes an ascending bop/swing style lick with ghosted notes that is answered with a descending blues scale line. It's a classic Call and Response style passage.
