Homemade Chicken Kabab 🍗😋 You all need to try this and prepare this for your family, Homemade chicken kabab along with the Mint chutney is a 10/10 rather then buy from the streets make this for your kids they will love it and you will be at peace knowing your kids are safe and not eating some unhygienic street food. The recipe is simple and very easy to make. Follow along to recreate this recipe, happy cooking everyone enjoy. 🥘 Ingredients For the Chicken Kabab • 500g chicken keema (minced chicken) • 1 tbsp gram flour (besan) • 1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste • 1/2 lemon (for marination) • 1 tsp chilli flakes • 1 tsp garam masala • 1 tsp black pepper powder • Salt to taste • 2 green chillies (finely chopped) • 2 onions (finely chopped) • A handful of mint leaves (finely chopped) • A handful of coriander leaves (finely chopped) • 1 tsp ghee (optional, for richness) For the Mint Chutney • A handful of fresh coriander • A handful of fresh mint leaves • 1/2 lemon (juice) • 1 onion (roughly chopped) • A small piece of ginger • 5–6 garlic cloves • 2 green chillies • 1/2 tsp jeera (cumin seeds) 👉 Method: Grind all ingredients together into a smooth paste. Your mint chutney is ready! 👩🍳 Method: Chicken Kabab 1. Marinate the Chicken Keema In a large bowl, combine: • 500g chicken keema • Juice of 1/2 lemon • 1 tbsp gram flour • 1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste • 1 tsp chilli flakes • 1 tsp garam masala • 1 tsp black pepper powder • Salt to taste • 2 finely chopped onions • Finely chopped coriander & mint leaves • 2 finely chopped green chillies • 1 tsp ghee 2. Mix well until everything is fully combined. 3. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. 4. Shape the kababs into your desired shape . 5. Optional: Smoky Flavor • Heat a piece of charcoal until red hot. • Place a small bowl in the center of your chicken mixture. • Carefully place the hot charcoal in the bowl and drizzle a few drops of oil or ghee over it. • Cover the bowl with a lid for 5–10 minutes to infuse a smoky flavor. 6. Cook the Kababs • Heat a pan with a little oil. • Shallow-fry the kababs on medium heat until golden brown on both sides and cooked through. 🥗 Serve With: Serve your hot, juicy kababs with freshly prepared mint chutney and lemon wedges on the side. Enjoy as a snack, starter, or part of a full meal!
