Welcome to an ongoing series of what could be called my Capsule Film Reviews This one is "Doc Savage - The Man of Bronze" from 1975 directed by Michael Anderson, Produced by George Pal and starring Ron Ely. I look back at this film with fondness. I have seen it many times as a kid at Cinema Club and many re-runs on TV, renting from Video Stores and owning on VHS, DVD and now Blu-Ray as a gift from my friend Denny. Its an action film but possibly a little too much tongue in cheek for many making it a camp film. But it has a charm and is a good time family film that I believe kids would enjoy even now. Enjoy this film then which is fun rather than great and hopefully will take you back in time to a point where going to the cinema gave us a good time.
