The Shoei J Cruise is a new open face helmet in the Shoei collection and is part of the Integrated Sunvisor Collection from Shoei. The J-Cruise is the first open face helmet offered by Shoei that incorporates a drop down sunvisor. The design technique used by Shoei to incorporate the sunvisor is done without compromising the EPS liner to help maintain safety integrity. The J Cruise will use the new CJ-2 faceshield that offers 10mm more field of view as compared with the older CJ-1 shield and has a built in lip at the bottom edge of the shield that helps direct air up and over the helmet. The top vent on the J Cruise is modeled after the new GT Air, which will flow more air than the previous models, both the J Wing and the RJ Platinum. To help on weight savings for each size, the J Cruise will have 4 Shell sizes and carry a DOT rating. The J Cruise is compatible with aftermarket bluetooth kits, with speaker cut-outs and a smartly positioned sunvisor mechanism. The J Cruise will be offered in a variety of solid colors and will come in sizes XS-2XL.
