Surviving the World's Most Dangerous Flight.

December 24, 1994, 11:05 a.m., Algiers airport. On the tarmac, an Airbus A300 is preparing to take off for Paris. On board are 227 passengers and 12 crew members. There are men, women, and children who have only one thing on their minds: reuniting with their families. As the aircraft doors are about to close, an Air France car pulls up at high speed. Four men dressed in border police uniforms get out and head for the steps of the gangway. They claim to be there for a simple passport check, a common formality given the current situation. But what no one knows at this point is that these men are not who they claim to be. In a few minutes, they will reveal their true intentions and spread terror for the next 54 hours.
