Today I made matcha cookies. I specially made it by putting Nutella in the cookie. At first, I tried adding white chocolate as a filling, but it was a bit disappointing. And this cookie is characterized by its moist and chewy texture. When I thought about it, I felt that matcha had a bitter, fragrant aroma and the finish was soft and milky. So, I made cookies with a moist texture rather than a chewy or crunchy texture. When freshly baked and eaten after cooling, the outside is slightly crispy and the inside is moist.
