B737 NG sim session at Flight Experience, Singapore

I revisited this sim after many years. I hadn't done much 737 flying on my desktop sim (MSFS) for quite a while so this time I chose to do something benign like circuits around my home airport (Bagdogra, VEBD). The 30 minutes session consisted of 3 touch and goes and one full stop landing. The first two touch and goes were horrendous to say the least, so are not included in this video :) I had trouble locating and lining up with the runway, maybe due to poor graphics resolution of this part of the world in the sim, or it might be that my eyesight has declined. I'm not sure if there was a crosswind from the right but I always drifted to the left on short final and ended up touching down first on the right main gear the first 2 times :( The video starts on final of the 3rd touch and go, by which time I had got a bit more comfortable with the sim aircraft handling, although I still couldn't decently maintain runway centreline, altitudes and headings. I used to think that my TM Warthog desktop sim stick was stiff but the control forces on this full size yoke were far stronger if not properly trimmed. Another thing that caught me off-guard was the much higher eye point over the ground on touchdown compared to the light aircraft I have flown IRL and the 737s in desktop sims. One final point: the wide angle video camera flattens the landing aproach angle - the actual angle from the pilot's seat was correct (i.e. steeper). The video ends on exiting RW 36 and taxi to parking. All in all a great experience and a big thanks to the instructors Issac and Joyce for the session.
