The GI-40 has two plucking banks. It can pluckup to 2000 birds per hour. Of course this can be scaled up, by installing multiple GI-40 machines. Each plucking bank holds 10 plucking pots in two rows, bringing the total to 40 pots. Hence the name GI-40. It's a very silent machine. In this test (without birds) the machine ran at approximately 65 decibels. The GI-40 can be easily adjusted in width and in height.
