Here's a demo of a Jazz standard, Misty by Erroll Garner. Played on a Cordoba Fusion Orchestra CE (Cedar) Guitar with D'Addario Pro Arte strings. It's recorded in stereo, with left channel being Rode N3 mic and right channel DI from the amazing onboard preamp (piezo and onboard mic mixed). There aren't that many demonstrations of the Cordoba CE Orchestra nylon stringed guitar*, yet it is an absolutely STUNNING guitar. If, like me, you are a steel stringed player looking for that nylon sound but daunted by the traditional flat and wide necked classical guitar, a crossover / hybrid guitar like one from the Cordoba Fusion range might just be worth checking out.
