In this video, I used measuring cup personally due to individual preference. As this is my son who is making it, I would not trust him to put in all the ingredients in without spilling. So we mixed it in before hand to avoid it get lumpy (he dont have the strength to squeeze for too long) or spillage. According to the instruction, you are suppose to measure and mix the ingredients in the chillfactor ice cream maker LID! I won't like to do that just in case it tip. Then pour all the ingredients into the ice cream maker and shake the ice cream maker until your ingredients are combined. Squeeze the ice cream maker until the soft serve is ready.
