Ingredients: 1kg (8 cups) of all-purpose flour 2 tsp active dry yeast or 30g of fresh yeast 3 tbsp granulated sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1 of warm carbonated water 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Heat up the carbonated water in a small saucepan until it is lukewarm. Add in the apple cider vinegar, and mix well. Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms. Knead the dough for 10-15 minutes until it is smooth and elastic. Slowly pour in the vegetable oil while continuing to knead the dough until the oil is fully incorporated. Cover the bowl with a damp towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for about an hour. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease the cast iron lamb mold with vegetable oil. Punch down the dough and shape it into the form of a lamb. Place the dough into the greased mold, pressing it down firmly. Cover the mold with a damp towel and let the dough rise again for 20-30 minutes. Bake the lamb bread for 30-35 minutes, or until it is golden brown on top. Let the bread cool in the mold for 10-15 minutes, then carefully remove it from the mold and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
