For the second time in my life, I've decided to try training for a marathon. While the first time was cut short due to injury, I'm hoping more than a decade of experience since then can overcome my physical limits. Now that I'm 45 though, is this really a good idea? This is the tenth of eighteen weeks of training. My focus this week was on various types of adverse conditions you may find yourself running in, and some tips and gear ideas that can make them a little more bearable. I'm following the Marathon training plan on the free Nike Run Club app. This week was 3 recovery runs, 1 interval run, and a 2 hour long run. I also stream non-running related things over on Twitch.
