Hiking to the Ink Pots at Johnston Canyon is a great experience. The first time we went on the Johnston Canyon hike we went to the lower falls and then the upper falls. At that time we had seen signs that said we could continue on to the "Ink Pots". This always left a question in our mind, "What are Ink Pots"? In this video we will show you the Johnston Canyon hike as it travels up the canyon over walkways that are bolted into the cliff. You will see the lower and upper falls, but more importantly, if you are brave enough to press on, you will see the final goal, the Ink Pots themselves. This was our longest hikes to date and was really good to push our limits and let us know that some of the hikes that we have been putting off are really not that hard, because we hiked to the Ink Pots!!!
