Andreas "Andy" Probst was a retired Police Chief, out in the early morning to get a nice bike ride in on the side of an empty highway in Las Vegas, when 17 year old Jesus Alaya, at the behest of 16 year old Jzamir Keys, performed a premeditated attack on Probst, leaving him to die in the gutter. It's a disturbing crime that shows they teenagers, despite their young age, harbor nothing but darkness in their hearts. The Clark County DA's office agrees with that sentiment and has chosen to charge both as Adults and handed out heavy crimes.
