When that happens, ask softly: “Am I dreaming?” Do not force the answer. Just let the question plant itself in your subconscious. 🔮 STEP 3 — ENTER THE PORTAL Visualize a glowing doorway in front of you. Behind that door is a conscious dream. See yourself walking toward it. Touch the door. Feel the surface. Open it slowly. Step through. You are now inside your dream world. To stabilize lucidity: • Look at your hands • Look at a piece of text, look away, look back • Notice if reality shifts If it changes — you are lucid. Stay calm. Breathe. Observe before acting.
