These exercises are to help with the painful achilles area. By following Pam, you will learn how to stretch and revitalise the plantar foot, ankle and lower leg muscles to help ease the condition. There is a Session 1 video to intertwine with this one so you do not get bored of the exercises. If you can try and complete these daily, you should see improvement over a few weeks. Do not forget, it takes time to acquire HAV and it will take time to stretch and mobile this. If the bones are rigid then it may not be possible to recover any positioning but will hopefully help if painful. Please check footwear for wear and tear as this is usually the culprit, also if the condition persists please see a podiatrist/foot health professional for further advice. Please only do what you can as we cannot be responsible for injury as we cannot monitor you visually. If at any point you are in pain, please stop.
