Struggling to reset under pressure? In this CCC lesson, I work with Jen on building reliable resets - both out of the air and off the bounce. When your wrist takes over, resets become inconsistent: balls float, sit up, or die into the net. We focused on keeping the wrist quiet, improving paddle positioning, and adjusting the paddle face based on the ball. We worked on: reducing wrist action for better control proper positioning and balance adjusting the paddle face for volley resets vs bounce resets creating softer contact without forcing the shot Once her wrist calmed down, her resets became noticeably softer and more reliable - giving her time to recover instead of losing the point.
