In a bowl add beef, onion, chili sauce, soy sauce, red chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, vinegar, coriander powder, orange food color, ginger garlic paste and mix it well. 2. In a pan add this marinated beef and add water. Cover and cook until beef is fully done. 3. Now transfer it to a bowl add corn flour, red chili flakes, coriander seeds crushed, lemon juice and mix it well. 4. In a pan heat oil and add marinated boti. Shallow fry for 2-3 mins. Your Chatkhara Boti is ready. Prep time: 15-20 mins Cooking time: 30 mins Servings: 4-5
