As the New Year approaches, our brains are in overdrive mode. Christmas lists, food prep, travel to and from family, kids home from break... oh... and you probably still have to work :) So yeah, not too much happening at the moment. With that, we felt it was appropriate to throw another challenge at you 😉 However, this challenge is all about YOU and SELF-CARE. We spend so much time focusing on those around us that we want to challenge you to focus on yourself in the New Year. Let's build some habits to help you prioritize your physical, but more importantly, your mental health. This challenge highlights the need for rest, relaxation, and movement. No screens one hour before bed. Take a 20 minute walk outside. Attend a Stretch yoga class. These are only a few examples of how you can help your brain and body reset and restore for 2026!
