OK, in this video, we get the exhaust off and out of the way. We removed the gas tank, so now we are prepared to cut out the trunk pan. We removed both front fenders which was an enjoyable learning experience for me. We did power wash the engine compartment and the painted the engine cradle, front suspension, steering box, master cylinder and some other small items with POR (paint over rust) which is a product that bonds to rust to protect the area painted and stops any further rusting. We also applied POR to some places inside the fenders and on the inner fenders. To finish the weekend, we cleaned and painted a couple of bumper brackets and the front bumper shield. The last part of the video was kind of dark because I was pointing the camera towards the bright sky. I will be cognizant of this issue and will try and not do that again. Another thing is that body parts are not readily available for 4 door cars, and I am struggling to locate parts I need. I have put messages on the B-body Mopar forum at https://www.forbbodiesonly.com asking what parts from a 2 door will fit and checking if anyone has the 4 door parts I am looking for. I am not sure what I would do without this forum, there is a HUGE amount of knowledge available for anyone who has questions about their B-body Mopar. There are also forums for other body types, just search online and you will find them. So far, I have found a complete NOS (new old stock) passenger side quarter panel on ebay. This is the one Item I need to most. One of the replies on the forum says that the trunk pan and tail panel for the 2 door will work for the 4 door. I am very thankful for the knowledge and information!
