This region is something of my own creation and using the inspiration of anime such as Black Clover and incorporating it into a Pokémon Style. Maybe this could become the Pokemon Gen 9! The Neous Region is a Pokemon Region that takes on inspiration from the anime called Black Clover, driving their Rome/France influence in a new region called Neous.
