Divergence Insufficiency is cause by a spatial miscalculation by the visual processing system in the brain and it can be fixed! Visual Processing Skills are skills you are not born with, but instead, must learn and develop. The ability to diverge and aim our eyes outward first requires the ability to even know what light data means when it comes from distance.
