A Clovis Man falls victim to a scam after he thought he never would, he says. “When you get done with what you thought was the right thing and you know everything was taken care of, and all of a sudden, two alerts go through your phone saying that someone just took x amount of dollars out of your account, someone took x amount of dollars out of your account...just like that, that was the most shocking part of it," said Patrick Sage, who wanted to share his story so others don't fall victim to the same scam. All it took was a reply to a text message to what he thought, was a security alert text message from his bank.
