Since there are two of them, they consistently pressure me to attack while moving backward, especially when they auto-guarding my attacks. I have all of their weaknesses except the Spirit weakness, which unfortunately you can't get until after this boss, so I use Vicious Circle(has Spirit weakness) as much as possible for +CC. Bonus if I hit both of them. They are very weak to B-artes though, so cryas artes are the way to go here. However, I have to Accel into magic in just the right way that both of them attack at the same time, so their iron stance doesn't prevent staggering from the magic spell. The treants weren't as difficult. Star Scatter(neutral 3 CC arte) works extremely well for bigger enemies as usual, the extra stars on impact have a good chance to hit both of them at the same time, giving me more breathing room. At low HP they self-explode into 3 or 4 mandragoras, and those can spam Seraphic Bolt. Fortunately it is not like the Entrails Parasite in that you can kill it before it explodes. Most weaknesses are on my equipment, only needing the Impact weakness for +CC, so Flux Form, Death Sentence, and Trinity Bit are the go-tos for this battle. Once I got it down to one treant, its just the usual to take them out(though I almost got hit after using Flux Form =0v) Prosperina is just another Dispater. Their breath absorbs/erases my shots, which is hecka annoying, but the worse thing about them for me is definitely the Sword Deluge spam. Lost a lot of good takes due to the spell casting speed and the speed of the spell itself, not to mention its narrow hitboxes make it tricky to perfect dodge. Don't really like that it looks like I was fishing for Eleth Burst, but I did want to replicate the Emerald Strike double kill like in the older video which you can only do when the enemy(s) is behind you in relation to your other target; her staff spin has a hitbox that can hit enemies at the beginning of the MA animation and can deal even more damage than the MA's main target, depending on the size of the enemy. Richard this time was much more manageable. I took a tactic I saw Passaro use in that he was using Speed shard(s) to increase the speed of the character he was playing. Strange I didn't think of this when I use this for the "duels" or skit battles with other characters(to make the char I'm fighting faster). Anyway, I have all his weaknesses except Slash, which is only on Wind Needle, which I use for +CC. When he gets close, I run into him and step; allows me to normal dodge his normal attacks, giving me time to get away enough to attack him from afar. He still has his annoying Z-slash kick, but doesn't use it as often as the 3rd battle. Might've lost if he didn't try to use it near the end and got frozen for it. Lambda Angelus is just a punching bag; he has the same phenomenon that happens to Cedric where he has a normal stagger time in lieu of not getting stunned. Could have did something similar to my original video, but I wanted to beat him before he got Eleth Break, which sadly I could not do using the older combo. Definitely the easiest of the bosses to do in this group. =========== A revisit to my Pascal run. The old run has low-quality resolution, so I wanted to improve that. While the bosses at this stage can be beaten in 1 good combo, if you know what you're doing(see Just_Samu's Pascal run for examples), I plan on playing in a way that showcases learning the enemy's patterns and avoiding attacks either through normal dodging, or perfect dodging. I will also do my best to not take any damage(discounting perfect dodge 1HP dmg, EVA-procs, Accel-activation invincibility etc), though that might not be possible with the attack variations of some bosses. Battles will also be fast... for my sanity =0b. No cheats were used to give me an unfair advantage; the ones I'm using are: 1) a code that lets me turn on/off the Grade shop options, specifically 2x and/or 5x Damage for damage control in later fights 2) a code that alters the camera angle to have that Zesty/Bersy/Arise-grounded look 3) a code that lets me use Pascal instead of Asbel-as-Pascal in certain fights. 4) a code that lets me retry a fight. Some optional fights and Zhonecage don't give you that option. Allows me to save time from traversing to the boss multiple times.
