Erik Liberman's BRIDGE TO BROADWAY launched during the pandemic to connect emerging artists with seasoned pros, with an aim at providing a role model for every participant. Students gathered around the world at all hours of the day and night on Zoom to partake in these exchanges. More than 400 students received scholarships, thousands of dollars were donated to artists in need, and more than 40 charities benefited, most especially The Entertainment Community Fund which granted the program its Encore Award. Produced by Marissa Lynn Daniel, Dan Fishbach, Jordan Dragutsky, and Amy Weber, the program was spotlighted in FORBES and other major publications, and featured interactions with more than 90 guest artists, including winners of every major show business award, among them: Chita Rivera, Alan Menken, André De Shields, Donna Murphy, Lea Salonga, Joe Mantello, Arian Moayed, Stephanie J.
