What is FlashClean from Terra Aquatica (GHE FloraKleen)? How and when to use it in hydroponics

We are reaching the end of our Grow with the DWC and the Pepper plant is starting to ripen. It is currently on a strict diet of FinalPart, and we have added FlashClean in the mix to help things along. FlashClean is epecially good at helping FinalPart work to it's full potential, and help remove accumulated salts and minerals from your Hydroponics system. FlashClean is safe to use in any growing medium/media, and can be added whilst the plant is still growing. It is also great for a final Rinse after you have harvested. This will refresh your hydroponics system, to make sure that there is nothing residing, before you start your next grow. We have used TriPart (Flora Series) for this entire grow, and FlashClean features on the Feed Chart towards the very end. We found this to be confusing and not very clear as to how and when to use FlashClean. So I redesigned the Feed Chart for TriPart to more clearly include FlashClean and Final Part in the later stages of growth.
