As result of poor posture, while caring for patients, I developed a painful ache in my lower neck as a result of changes in the cervical vertebra C-5 and C6 including age-related changes. Although largely under control with medication and exercises, I still have limited motion in some head movement directions. Exercise has become of paramount important in my life.
