Mindsets/Habits #1 Trust that everything about you is completely normal even if it is hard to accept yet fully. #2 Socializing more in general throughout the day will help make you more social person, which will make you come off more charismatic and more likely to enter and run successful interactions with women. Structure For Your Night And Building Your Fundamentals 1. Approach immediately before excuses enter your mind. 2. Make one-liner comments like "You guys look good together" to a couple and "nice shirt" to a random person walking by. This will put you in a more social mood. 3. When you're feeling more social, push yourself to approach and stay in for at least 30 seconds. 4. When you're comfortable with staying in an interaction for 30 seconds (even if it takes several attempts), push for a longer goal such as 5 minutes, 10 minutes, etc. When you able to do 20 minutes consistently, you're in good shape. 5. Begin training yourself to seed the pull AKA invite her home within the first few minutes. Answer any concerns she has and offer her as many details as she needs to feel comfortable about coming with you.
