Although this video is largely focused on the Miss South Africa Organization, Miss Universe 1978 from South Africa was actually Miss Republic of South Africa and not Miss South Africa. But she's basically been adopted as an honorary Miss South Africa since then. Other than this, all of the women on this list were officially crowned Miss South Africa's.
